What we do

Precious metals and tangible assets, held to standards of equal weight.

Ocean Hill structures and executes transactions in precious metals and tangible assets of value. Each mandate is held to LBMA standards, governed by KYC and OECD due diligence, and documented end-to-end.

01 · Discipline

Precious metals

Ocean Hill acquires, transacts and holds precious metals refined to London Bullion Market Association standards. Every bar is of record — its weight, fineness and provenance evidenced from source to settlement.

The firm operates in Au 999.9 and comparable fine metal, on terms agreed in advance. Bullion moves under full chain-of-custody documentation; nothing is transacted that cannot be traced.

02 · Discipline

Tangible assets

Beyond metals, the firm stewards tangible assets of comparable substance — real assets whose value is intrinsic and whose ownership can be documented and transferred with the same rigour.

This includes selected real estate, acquired and held on a single principle: assets of consequence deserve custodianship of consequence.

03 · Discipline

Custody, transfer & record

Each mandate is structured, executed and recorded end-to-end. Proof of funds and proof of product are exchanged before a transaction proceeds; terms are settled in advance; every step is documented and retained in accordance with the firm's governance policy.

Ocean Hill works exclusively with verified institutional counterparties. Discretion is treated as a discipline — what is said is necessary, and what is omitted is deliberate.

Ocean Hill works exclusively with verified institutional counterparties, on terms agreed in advance and recorded without exception. The firm's standing rests on a single principle — that assets of consequence deserve custodianship of consequence.
